MAKE A DONATION
The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a donor-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is committed to finding causes and cures for pediatric cardiomyopathy and supporting those affected by the disease. CCF relies on the generosity of individuals, corporate partners, and non-profit groups who believe in our mission and want to make a difference in the lives of children with cardiomyopathy.
Join Team CCF as we continue to call attention to a poorly understood disease and the needs of families living with this chronic heart condition. Your donation helps us to fund our many research, education, family support, awareness, and advocacy initiatives.
Meet some of the CCF Heart Kids that you can help.
Ways to Donate
Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs, making it easy to double or triple your charitable donation. It is possible for your employer to match charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by employees, retirees and employee spouses. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer's name below.
If your company is eligible, request a matching gift from your employer and send the completed and signed form with your donation. We will work with your employer to process the request.
Tax Deductibility
The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Services as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and will be given appropriate donor recognition.
